What exactly comes in a Volleybird box?

Every Volleybird box contains at least 5 carefully curated luxury items and accesorries valued over $200+.  Products span categories including:

  • Premium Gear for Your Sport (full-size products from quality brands)
  • Luxury Lifestyle Accessories (jewelry, leather goods, hair accessories, elegant home accessories)
  • Apparel (top brands and luxury tops, shorts, socks, tees, hats/visors)
  • Wellness & Self-Care (aromatherapy, bath luxuries, muscle recovery, hydration)

Every box is themed (like "Autumn Renewal" or "Holiday Glamour") and includes a detailed curation card explaining each item's story.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift? How does gifting work?

Yes! Volleybird makes the perfect luxury gift for players of these sports. 

Just select the Gift a Gift in the top menu. Then select the sport, the duration of the subscription or a single box. Add to cart. You're all done!

Gift Presentation:

No auto-renewal for gift subscriptions unless recipient opts in on their own.

Can I customize my box or choose my products?

Volleybird is intentionally customizable by gender, sport and size.

But can you choose what goes in your box? No. And—here's why:

Unlike other subscription boxes where you choose items, Volleybird offers a true discovery experience. Our team, including former luxury buyers for high end boutiques and sports buyers select products you wouldn't necessarily find on your own or choose yourself.

What if I don't like something in my box? Can I exchange items?

We want you to LOVE everything. But because these boxes are a "surprise and delight" there may be some times you expect something that isn't in the box. That's why it is a subscription, because from one box to the next we're giving you a wide variety. No shirt in this box? That means the next box will probably have one.

  • If an item is damaged, we will exchange it with proof of damage.
  • If an item doesn't fit, simply request a size exchange and we will facilitate that for you.
  • Individual products you purchase from us are exchangeable for a gift card to use towards future purchase.
