Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.

We have a no return / no refund policy, because of the nature of the subscription boxes "surprise and delight".  HOWEVER, if an item in your box arrives broken or damaged, it will be replaced. If a box includes apparel, and the size needs to be exchanged, it will be exchanged upon request at no charge.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exceptions / Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on the situation we may either re-send the item to you free of charge or issue a refund, at our discretion.
