Official Rules — Grass Court Classic Whites Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

Volleybird, LLC (“Sponsor”), 19606 Coastal Hwy Suite 202 Rehoboth Beach DE 19971. Contact: support@volleybird.shop.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and members of the same household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins June 23, 2026, 12:00 PM ET and ends July 12, 2026, 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

(a) Free entry (1 entry). During the Promotion Period, visit volleybird.shop/pages/grass-court-classic-whites-giveaway, submit a valid email address. Limit: one (1) free entry per person/email address.

(b) Bonus entries by purchase (+3 entries). During the Promotion Period, purchase any VolleyBird subscription box or the VolleyBird hat at volleybird.shop and receive three (3) bonus entries per qualifying order, automatically associated with the email used at checkout. Limit: bonus entries for up to [10] qualifying purchases per person.

(c) Free alternate method for bonus entries (+3 entries, no purchase). To receive three (3) bonus entries without a purchase, legibly hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the Box you wish to win on a 3”×5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Volleybird, 19606 Coastal Highway, Suite 201, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 — “Grass Court Classic Whites Giveaway.” One card per outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 9, 2026 and received by July 14, 2026. Limit: bonus entries equivalent to [10] cards per person.

(d) One Box per entrant. Each entrant may enter to win only one (1) Box (Men’s or Women’s). All entries become the property of Sponsor. Incomplete, illegible, or late entries are void.

5. Prizes

Prize A: one (1) Men’s Grass Court Classic Whites Box. ARV: $500.
Prize B: one (1) Women’s Grass Court Classic Whites Box. ARV: $500.
Total ARV: $1,000.

US shipping included. No cash redemption or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable. Prize awarded “as is.”

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in each Box category.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about July 13, 2026, Sponsor will conduct two (2) random drawings — one from the Men’s Box pool and one from the Women’s Box pool. Potential winners will be notified by email within three (3) business days and must respond within five (5) business days to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be drawn.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or undeliverable entries. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

11. Privacy

Information collected is used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree Sponsor may add your email to its marketing list; you may unsubscribe at any time.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. All disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sussex County, Delaware.

13. Third-Party Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any tennis tournament, championship, league, venue, organization, or event.

14. Winners List

For the names of the winners, email support@volleybird.shop with the subject line “Grass Court Classic Whites Winners” after July 20, 2026.
